Our Pricing is based on the number of monthly API requests allowed. Each time the Vetric API service is used to look up a piece of information, one API request is consumed. API errors are not counted towards your monthly quota.

After reaching 100% of the allowance, overages fees will apply so we make sure you won’t experience any disruptions and your website/application will keep running smoothly. By end of the month, Vetric will calculate your total usage, and will invoice you for any additional requests above your monthly limit. You can opt-out to be blocked from exceeding your monthly quota.

Yes. If you choose annual billing, the total price of your subscription plan will be up to 10% lower than the total amount you would pay with a monthly/quarterly payment frequency.

No. Your monthly subscription restarts with your monthly allowance of API data requests on the first day of your billing cycle's subscription.

Generally, as we offer digital products, we do not offer refunds. You can thoroughly test the API before purchase; therefore, it's unlikely that you will be disappointed by the paid plan since it provides the same data quality as the Free Trial plan, just in a higher volume. However, we are reasonable. Please contact us if you would like to discuss a refund.
